For the last 12 years he has been offering his extensive real estate experience consulting in the institutional multi-family industry and has maintained an active Real Estate Broker's license since 1991. He has an exceptional track record of leading and developing high-performance teams to maximize the investment objectives of income producing real estate. His experience in both the public and private sectors, and his successful track record in both, demonstrate his ability to meet or exceed client expectations for all types of consulting opportunities.
Gregory Stobart is a seasoned property management professional with 40 years of experience. He has held key positions at MG Properties, Fairfield Residential, Equity Residential, and United Dominion Realty Trust. Greg has managed portfolios of thousands of apartment homes and executed multimillion-dollar renovation projects. He has received numerous accolades, including Regional Manager of the Year awards and the Mark of Excellence award. Greg has served on various boards and committees, such as the Arizona Board of Directors and the SDCAA Board of Directors. His extensive expertise and industry involvement make him a highly respected figure in property management.
As a prior investigator in Alaska and Arizona, Linette brings over 20 years of enforcement, regulatory, and investigative analysis experience to the real estate arena in risk management and compliance. Since joining the private sector in 2020 she has honed her skills in multi-state broker compliance, property management processes, and compliance solutions. Her personal motto is – “How can I help”?
Mike, Steve's nephew, has been in the Real Estate industry for more than 20 years and is currently a licensed broker in the state Utah. He is an entrepreneur at heart; owning and operating various RV parks near the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park areas. He began building and selling single family spec homes while in college. In 2005, he got his real estate license to further grow his home building business which has led him into the commercial real estate industry. His commercial background varies from developing office buildings, storage unit facilities and residential subdivisions. Since 2015 he has been selling single and multi-family subdivisions.
Miriam, Steve's daughter-in-law, is currently a managing broker in the state of Colorado, Illinois and the District of Columbia; with a salesperson license in the state of Texas. She received her college education from Brigham Young University and graduated in 2005. She and her husband have 4 children who keep life interesting and full while living in Colorado.
Ambrie, Steve's daughter, is a licensed agent in the state of Utah and California. Her background consists of over 15 years of experience in interior design and home improvements. She attended Brigham Young University and is working towards obtaining brokers licenses all over the country to provide security for our clients. She lives in a suburb of Chicago, with her husband and 5 kids.
